Job Summary:

The CeraVe Professional Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the CeraVe professional marketing strategy across all segments of the HCP audience. This role requires a strong marketing competency and the ability to thrive in a dynamic organization. This position reports directly to the Director of Professional Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and manages an over $50MM healthcare professional (HCP) sampling program
  • Supports the development of CeraVe branded tools and assets across all HCP audiences - dermatologists, primary care physicians, and pediatricians
  • Assists in the development of professional-facing digital marketing materials (i.e. email, website content, B2B media)
  • Organizes and manages HCP kitting programs
  • Assists with planning, execution, and post meeting follow-up for national and regional medical congresses and scientific events
  • Helps manage programs (partnerships, sponsorships, services, etc.) with medical societies, patient associations and other professional players in the health sector
  • Engages with KOLs and ROLs in their consulting, training and representative activities
  • Liaises with the medical sales teams (dermatology, pediatric, and primary care) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategy in the HCP environment
  • Manages medical promotion and couponing programs
  • Maintains a $10MM professional marketing budget, managing PO submission and invoice tracking
  • Travel will be required nationally approximately 15-20% of the time (POA meetings, medical congresses)

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or Science; minimum of 1-2 years of pharmaceutical/cosmetic marketing experience
  • Branded HCP and experience with digital marketing preferred
  • Dermatology experience is strongly desired but not required
  • Proven skills in: medical and/or consumer marketing, strategic thinking, project management and tactical execution, analytical thinking, financial and budget management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
