Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

The Azure Cloud Architect will review applications and determine if they are a good fit for migration to the Azure cloud. For applications not appropriate for migration to Azure they will determine the best future disposition (other cloud environments or on-site)

The Azure Cloud Architect must be able to clearly communicate the application migration strategy identified for each application. Their decision should be based on both technical and business requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ yeas of IT Architecture experience including developing the appropriate disposition for applications based on business and technical requirements


• 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud IaaS and PaaS


• Experience with other public cloud platforms


• Strong written and verbal communications skills


• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
