Life Sciences Sales Leader - West Coast at NTT Data Services

Job Description:

NTT DATAServices currently seeks aSales Leader for our Health Plan-Life Sciences (HPLS) segment on the West Coast.

We seek an HPLS Sales Leader to execute our go-to-market strategy and lead sales and business development initiatives to expand growth within existing customers as well as secure new logos. This individual will partner with other NTT DATA leaders and internal solutions and support organizations to execute the sales strategy focused on growing market share in this market vertical.

Responsibilities:


  • Execute the go-to-market strategy

  • Coach and promote continuous development of the Sales Executive team

  • Generate, contribute, track and manage new sales and account plan formulation

  • Engage interdisciplinary account teams (BD, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Recruiting, etc.) to ensure successful workflow process and support

  • Act as senior resource to Sales Executive team to include meeting with prospective, existing and former clients to assist with sales process when needed

  • Promote solution-selling, value add techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and establish "business partner" relationships at customer's C-Suite

  • Manage sales tracking, attainment of sales goals and reporting of sales goals and results

  • Promote an entrepreneur, hunting sales environment focused on increasing market share and continued brand recognition

Additional Requirements:


  • 15 plus years of I.T. Services/Consulting industry experience to include specific leadership responsibilities (hire, measure, develop, etc.)

  • HP or LS industry knowledge with solid understanding of industry trends, solutions, and business drivers

  • Relationship/Experience in selling to North America based Health Plan and Life Sciences organizations.

  • Background in developing and successfully managing sales organization strategy resulting in enhanced market penetration and increase market share

  • Experience building, managing, and measuring a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization with annual TCV more than $500M

  • Demonstrate a history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals focused on demonstrating value-add solutions across customer's enterprise

  • Position requires travel

Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum 15 years of I.T. Services/Consulting industry experience to include specific leadership responsibilities

  • Minimum 10 years' Salesexperience in Health Plan Life Sciences Industry
