Pay Starts at $20 dollars per hour. Additional Shift Differential 2nd. Shift $1.00 / per hour. 3rd. Shift $1.50 per hour. Overtime work may be required depending on the business needs. Full Benefits-Medical, Vision, Dental and life. Vacation-Paid Sick Time and Quarterly Bonus.

Responsible for maintenance support of facility planning, design, construction, and maintenance to achieve efficiency and cost objectives. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs

* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
* Install, assemble and test new machines and equipment
* Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines
* Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications
* Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections
* Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
* Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions
* Complete repairs and parts replacements
* Work effectively with other team members in a manufacturing environment
* Repair, install, adjust or maintain machines
* Complete written record of work performed
* Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks

* Must have excellent verbal communication and writing skills
* Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience
* Ability to act competently in emergencies
* High school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required
* Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
