DESCRIPTION
Michael Baker International seeks a Senior Designer (Designer III) to join the Land Development team Temecula, CA. The successful candidate will have experience in professional practice related to land development. This position requires the ability to handle significant projects and effectiveness in working with a team. Responsibilities include design and preparation of site, grading, drainage, erosion control and utility plans as well as design reports and knowledge of permitting requirements for residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-year degree
• 10 years of experience working in Land Development
• Experience with site and roadway geometrics, grading and utility design
• Experience with water, sewer and storm water design and hydrology calculations/modeling
• High proficiency in Civil3D 2020 or later version, Hydrology and Hydraulic modeling software
• Word and Excel and other standard office software
• Ability to work independently in a team environment and to effectively manage time
• Demonstrated track record of continuous professional and personal development and improvement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
