We are growing and continuing to hire for all positions! Nolan Real Estate Services is a Kansas City-based real estate firm that owns and manages over 7000+ units, in Kansas, Texas, Ohio, and Illinois. Over the next five years, we will continue to grow and and acquiring communities now!

As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• The day-to-day functions of the Maintenance Supervisor will include plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, general maintenance, and hvac systems.
• Ensure the Maintenance team is completing resident work orders and make-readies in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement preventive maintenance procedures and identify/communicate deferred maintenance to the Property Manager.
• Must have the ability to be on call (in team rotation).
• Bilingual is preferred
