Overview
This position will support our Nightshift Kent Warehouse Operations team in our nightly processes.
Responsibilities
Various duties supporting the night management team.
Research and document information for productivity analysis of warehouse team members
Provide administrative support for Operations Department, to include management and all Operations team members.
Receiving purchase orders and enter incoming product data into the computer.
Provide telephone support
Selector (pick label) maintenance
Phone in printer service requests & assist with general maintenance
Provide administrative and clerical support to all operations management. Compile, record, print and distribute various computer-generated reports, daily, weekly and monthly.
Type Union correspondence upon request.
Compile and maintain statistical data based on research techniques for productivity analysis of the warehouse.
Provide operations labor figures to the Operations Management.
Log all mis-picks and enter data for subsequent report. Log all hours on reports for warehouse.
Maintain trainee training records
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
One to two years of office experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook.
Strong Communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle different situations, personalities and able to manage deadlines, able to work well with other departments.
Ability to multitask
Flexible scheduling
Ability to pass background investigation and drug test.
