Armanino LLP is looking for a Managed Service Business Analyst who will join an innovative and entrepreneurial firm that makes a positive impact on the lives of their clients and their people.
The Managed Services Business Analyst (Adaptive Planning) is responsible for ensuring that timely, high-quality support is provided to our Armanino ongoing support (Managed Services) clients.
This position combines a strong focus on system abilities with an equally important emphasis on client facing interpersonal skills. It will involve designing and implementing solutions within the system, troubleshooting issues, training, and advising on best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Hands-on Adaptive Planning Consulting (support and system enhancement)
Assist with Level-1 ticket monitoring and triage
Provide solutions independently, escalating to others when needed
Analyze and document system and business requirements
Create design documents for new enhancement requests
Setup system and configure according to customer requirements
Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Adaptive tools
Testing and documenting assistance
Train end users on the Adaptive system
Work with Architects to make recommendation for new processes and procedures
Managed Services Lead (MSL) role
Provide proactive and strategic guidance to Managed Services clients
Lead planning sessions, coordinate consulting efforts
Accountable for profitability and Customer Satisfaction
Assist Client Manager (Sales) with renewal and upsell opportunities
Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the Managed Services team
Participate in internal initiatives to evolve our systems, metrics, and processes
Participate in formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
2-5 years of experience in a relevant role (ie. FP&A Accountant, Finance Consultant, Accounting Manager)
Ability to master the Adaptive Planning application (if not already familiar with it)
Experience working with and/or implementing accounting systems or other ERP packages is a plus (ie. Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365)
Excellent work ethic, positive energy and able to maintain a professional presence in difficult client facing situations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Motivated, self-starter, who can work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously
