In this role you will be responsible for analyzing service consumption and performance data and turning that data into informative visualizations that inform management stakeholders and drive business and operational decisions. You will work directly with key stakeholders to define requirements, with database engineers to source data, and with platforms including Tableau and PowerBI to develop visualizations.

You Offer
We are looking for an applicant with proven experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Scientist

• Proven experience in data mining
• Understanding of machine-learning and operations research
• Knowledge of R, SQL and/or Python; familiarity with Scala, Powershell, C#, Java or C is an asset
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Analytical mind and eye for business
• Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
• Problem-solving aptitude
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
