As a Senior Business Manager, you help AT&T deliver on its commitment to optimize our retail portfolio by leveraging your expertise to assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives, while streamlining processes to enhance the customer experience and transform the business.
You will have the opportunity to implement, improve, support and lead processes, strategies, and tools within the retail organization. You will provide input and expertise on key technical functions by utilizing your knowledge of the business, industry and technology.
Examples of responsibilities include:
Conduct end to end project management of multiple projects and may also manage sub-components of large programs
Define, design and implement processes into the retail organization and facilitate change through collaboration
Manage various frontline systems & tools, feature roadmaps, communications and training
Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support various retail programs.
Analyze program effectiveness and the ability to operationalize program objectives
General oversight, management, steering and tracking of all retail pilot & trial requests
Quality management including support of field issues/defects, problem resolution activities and all recovery activities
Partner with legal, compliance, and labor to identify risks, mitigation procedures and ensure program/project alignment
Drive cross channel alignment
Preferred locations are Atlanta, GA and Dallas TX. Other locations may be considered.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of sales and/or project management experience
Demonstrated ability to use your analytical, organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Knowledge of the retail organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with an understanding of the business, which will help to fully support the organization
An independent worker who can partner across multiple business groups and utilize timelines efficiently
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Information Systems Technology, Computer Science preferred
