Summary:

The Inside Sales Consultant will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for leading important initiatives aimed at helping to deliver the company’s annual objectives. The Inside Sales Consultant also plays a vital role in data analysis, which consists of tracking and analyzing prospects, sales, attrition, and customer data to find actionable insights.

Essential Job Duties:


  • Prepares personalized security proposals, overcome objections, and close sales

  • Builds relationships with prospects by advising on security and life safety

  • Defines a repeatable process for nurturing, closing, and following up with leads generated through marketing efforts

  • Partners with the Marketing Team to build and refine lead nurturing process

  • Partners closely with the Marketing Team to design and execute customer relationship campaigns to improve loyalty, reduce attrition, and drive trade up

  • Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of inside sales process

  • Analyzes prospect, sales, attrition, and customer data for actionable insights

  • Develops and manages an inside sales tool-box (scripts, tutorials, templates, etc.) to aid in the uniformity of branding and in the onboarding of new inside sales consultants

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Possess a valid driver’s license

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • 3-5 years of inside sales experience

  • Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Intermediate knowledge of iOS devices

  • Passion for new technology

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Service Industry experience

  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce Marketing Cloud

 

Physical Demands:


  • Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed

  • Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time

  • Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time

  • Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
