Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

This position involves collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster Archtics system following Caesars Entertainment procedural best practices and established standards, then verifying the output. The tool knowledge set for the position includes Archtics, Host and Host applications, Access Manager, EST, EMT, and Outbox.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Senior functions:

• Builds all Axis at Planet Hollywood events, the largest venue and most complex event builds of the Enterprise. This includes scaling the house for the new residency or tour, setting up event for dynamic price changes in Pricemaster, building National VIP offers, and assuring all inventory is set by box office for onsales.

• Primary liaison between Box Office and the corporate American Express team to coordinate card holder presales assuring inventory is set, and artwork and newsletter is approved.

• Assists with all Caesars properties nationwide when the Central ECT Supervisor is on vacation or unavailable.

• Primary trainer for new event creation employees. Instructs on best practices for Caesars event builds and event creation procedures implemented by the Manager.

• Monitors the Event Creation Western inbox to ensure all urgent work is being properly addressed including assigning projects, filing, and following up with email status.

• Provides leadership to keep the team on track and assist with questions when the Manager is off property or out of office.

ECT Supervisor standard functions:

• Gather pending/confirmed ticketing show information

• Confirm scaling, build new charts, update maps online

• Build events in Archtics and TM ticketing system

• Operates from procedural lists, control records, and coding schemes to enter source event data using procedural "best practices" and established standards.

• Maintain Access Manager and loading events for propertie

• Enable Ticket Exchange for all event

• Incorporate events from Special Events/Casino Marketing into Archtic

• Make inventory available to all sales channel

• Create & update event manifests for live events, including price codes and event ID'

• Reclass event template

• Manage ticket templates, painter, and test prior to property release

• Maintain retail exception package

• Maintain API's and Account Manager for each property

• Manage all day of sale EMS lists into the Fulfillment Archtics List

• Understanding contractual elements as it relates to the Caesars LUA and supporting venue fee

• Communicate with properties to clarify submitted information to successfully complete requested

• From time to time, will be responsible for other duties as assigned by National Ticketing Director

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• 2-4 years experience with the Ticketmaster System, or related field experience

• Box Office experience is required

• Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important

• Service oriented

• Works well under supervision

• Demonstrates the ability to be self-directed, take initiative, be proactive, motivated

good attendance, multi-task, seek solutions, and understand the duties and performs them without waiting for instruction

• Able to successfully handle multiple prioritie

• Excellent written and oral communication skill

• Good organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail

• Must be computer literate with excellent data entry skill

QUALIFICATIONS:

• H. S. diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS degree is preferred
