Greenheck is looking for a qualified Quotation Specialist to join our team. The person in this role is responsible for assisting manufacture representatives in closing jobs and obtaining orders for the organization in order to meet sales objectives. This position will be directly responsible for providing competitive pricing for the specific market area. We are looking for a individual that has the ability to analyze sales and technical knowledge for quotation packages.

What you'll do as a Quotation Specialist:

• Maintain sales and service levels for the respective regional accounts daily, mainly via telephone and email with a four-hour response time.


• Daily management and negotiation of special quoting and discounting activities.


• Maintains sales budget and discount percent for each respective regional account or rep office.


• Provide feedback to business units on sales history, market trends, and quotation activity.


• Provide technical assistance, or direct inquiries requiring in depth technical assistance to the product areas.


• Gather feedback from reps and end users on product design, customer service, and market competition.


• Assist with sales training seminars and factory visits, regular participation is required.


• Process monthly regional reports along with specific rep reports when requested.

What You'll Need to be successful in this role:

• Work requires a professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regular four-year college program


• Between 3-5 years of progressively more responsible work experience is required.


• Excel knowledge preferred


• Srong customer service and problem-solving skills


• Analytical ability required


• Ability to quickly respond quickly, thoroughly, and accurately to customer requests


• Ability to work independently, as well as in teams
