Responsibilities:
Assess the market and develop strategies to expand access into GPO, RPO and IDN by creating value for the healthcare system
Owns contracting process for GPO/RPO/IDN (legal review, negotiation, penetration reviews)
Develop penetration strategies with sales leadership and lead execution efforts
Develop and monitor KPI's
Build strong relationships with field sales employees
Requirements:
Superior negotiation and influence skills
Proven sales closer
Contracting with healthcare systems (GPO, RPO, IDN)
Strategic thinking
Business acumen
Analytical, competitive possessing strong communication and presentations skills
Minimum 6 years sales experience including 3 years experience selling into healthcare systems
Bachelors degree
Ability to travel approximately 40%
