Domestic Transportation Support:

• Point of contact for Retail stores


• Monitors and schedules shipments and transfers; Updates hub PO report


• Review and verify GL codes for invoices; Work with external audit group to process invoices

Assist in maintaining Lo/Jack security program, preparing devices for shipping, verify if they are functioning properly, and track return from stores.

Import Administration Support:

• Track and report status of import containers


• Scan, log and send Transportation invoices to AP

Import POD processing (research and match-up POD to entry file)

Small Parcel Administration Support:

• Maintaining reports and logs to track costs and performance


• Review and code invoices

Work with internal groups to research freight charges

Assists in other clerical, administrative and special projects when necessary.
