Position Overview:

The AVP Divisional Processing Manager will supervise and mentor the Regional Processing Managers along with some of the other support functions within the Processing Department such as: QA/QC/Investor responses, Pipeline Management and Training. There may also be occasions where processors will report direct to the AVP Divisional Processing Manager. The AVP Divisional Processing Manager will assist with escalations from sales, underwriting, closing and the processing staff while also helping with many of the strategic projects involving the Processing Department. The AVP Divisional Processing Manager is responsible for ensuring all turn times and quality standards are maintained and will focus on ways to improve the efficiencies within the department.

• Escalations and Problem Solving: Partner with Underwriting, Sales and Closing to provide top-notch customer service to our internal and external customers.
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead and develop projects for the growth and betterment of the Processing Department.
• Coaching and Development: Train and mentor the Processors and the Regional Processing Managers.
• Reports and Data Collection: Analyze and compile reports to identify strengths and areas of improvement.

• 10 experience Processing and Managing the Loan Processing process
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Organized and detail oriented individual with excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and interface with key business partners. Detailed knowledge of process flow within all departments, agency and GSE underwriting guidelines and requirements.
