Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver effective support of the North America Sales Organization with 7 RVPs/sub-regions and 60+ Account Managers in achievement of their sales objectives

  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders on reporting to track RVP/Account Manager productivity and effectiveness: bookings, activity, pipeline development and movement

  • Manage quarterly VP, RVP and Account Manger original forecast collection, weekly forecast projection, comparison to bookings/pipeline and reporting on forecast accuracy

  • Analyze revenue trends and variances to goals, communicate findings to sales leaders and sales teams at quarterly reviews

  • Assist in territory planning including sizing account opportunity, building balanced territories, assignment of accounts and quota assignment

  • Support Account Managers at every stage of the sales process including creating, updating and troubleshooting opportunities, logging activities, managing leads, preparing quotes and booking orders

  • Support onboarding activities including technology access and training, issuing and tracking MBO plans, using the sales calculator, assigning accounts and reporting in support of account strategy planning

  • Track and confirm monthly non-quota payments (MBOs, spot bonuses) to Finance

  • Work closely with our Enterprise Business Systems team in IT, providing business requirements, troubleshooting system issues, and understanding internal system processes to better support the sales organization

Experience/Qualifications:


  • 10+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations at a faced-paced technology company

  • BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or engineering

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel

  • Experience partnering with leadership in Sales, FP&A, Legal and IT

  • Analytical, problem solving and detail-oriented

  • Experience in quantitative analysis, data/statistical modeling, SQL or ETL tools

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment
