Spec Engineering is seeking an impact player and difference maker to join our team as an Electrical Panel Builderwho can use their control panel assembly experience to improve fabricate our deliverables. This person enjoys working with a team of controls engineers and mechanical assembler to create and assemble custom controls panels for processing and material handling equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting experienced panel builders in all job duties.


• Organization of electrical components from inventory per the bill of materials.


• Print labels and tag all wires, cables, devices, and equipment neatly and properly.


• Cut wire and crimp ferrule terminals to wire. Label wires per schematics.


• Cut and mount DIN rail and wiring duct.


• Operate label maker and apply to terminals.


• Learn to read assembly drawings and schematics.


• Attention to detail and maintaining a clean work area.


• Perform additional job duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
