Spec Engineering is seeking an impact player and difference maker to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This self-driven person should be able to manage several project tasks simultaneously and have the capability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment. The nature of this position is one where attention to details, procedures, and specific job assignments are required.

Spec Engineering is a privately held, fast growing, and stable full-service process engineering firm and turnkey system integrator. We provide the latest technology in processing systems for the Food & Beverage, General Manufacturing, and Chemical industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Project Management, Project Engineering, Design, and Controls departments effectively.

  • Maintain project records and files in the company ERP, Vault, and other company tracking systems.

  • Manage record keeping for projects, including daily logs and review and input expenditures.

  • Foster effective customer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships at multiple project phases.

  • Gather technical information for engineering review.

Education/Experience:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or equivalent preferred.

  • Microsoft Office Suite with strong experience in Excel and MS Project

  • Ability to gather, validate, ad analyze information.
