POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for picking product from pick areas to fulfill customer orders in a warehouse environment. Pull and pack orders in an accurate and orderly manner while operating a powered industrial vehicle and using an RF scanner.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High school diploma or GED preferred. Warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
Must be willing to work 2nd shift.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Operate an RF scanner.
Operate powered industrial equipment.
Perform basic math calculations.
Shift flexibility preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.WORK ENVIRONMENT:The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Temperatures may vary in accordance with weather conditions and may be extreme. Constant powered equipment traffic.
