Position Snapshot
ER Foremen at US Ecology are "hands-on" working leads who provide general direction of labor crews and equipment during emergency response events including oil and chemical spills, high-hazard disasters such as rail-car derailments and biohazard decontamination to name a few. They also help enforce safety procedures and provide training for our team members.
Our emergency response work could take place anywhere in the United States, with the majority in state. While travel is required (which includes a paid-for hotel and meal per diem), we try our best to rotate our team members so that no one person gets an unfair share of travel. Projects can last hours, days or several weeks.
