Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Interacting with sales and advisor success team, partner firms and custodians regarding client onboarding, account opening, setup, and configuration

• Train advisors on how to use 55ip software to set up accounts, submit trades and make client specific requests

• Work with tech and investment teams to understand and communicate the software and investment processes/methodology to clients

• Proactively communicate and resolve advisor requests and issues by interacting with right partners within the company

Requirements

• Bachelors or higher degree

• 3+ years of buyside client service experience

• Knowledge of US ETF market structure and regulatory landscape

• Effective communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and drive decision making

• Ability to work under pressure and within a complex organization

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong excel skills

• Detail-oriented
