The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is looking for a Lead Project Manager for a temporary assignment (one year) here in our San Francisco headquarters. As a temporary employee of the Fed, you are salaried and benefited, and work directly for the Bank for a defined period of time. This position has potential to become full time/regular role after one year, or sooner.
As a member of our Inclusion & Diversity team, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of programs to build a more inclusive work culture. You will apply your expertise in I&D best practices to help advise strategy locally at the SF Fed and nationally at other Federal Reserve Banks. Our ideal candidate has a strong project management skill set and has experience managing human resource related projects. You have experience with MS Project or similar tool and excel at creating a project timeline, identifying interdependencies and gently but firmly holding partners accountable for their deliverables. Ideally, you also have some passion and experience in the Inclusion and Diversity space.
