About the Position:

We are looking for an energetic self-starter to work for our Facilities Department at our Tukwila, WA campus. The Facilities Department primary objective is to ensure a preventive maintenance program is in place and operating. The primary responsibilities of this role requires the ability to identify the problem, repairs, electrical, welding, plumbing and be able to take the role in contacting our vendors to order parts or services if needed. This position includes working both inside and outside throughout the year. You’ll need to be able to work independently and be task orientated to maintain the facilities in working order.  You’ll also need to be a team player who will partner up with our management team, when necessary to get things done. This position is required to follow all safety policies and procedures. On occasion, travel might be required to other WA branch locations.

 Qualifications & Experience Needed:

To be successful in this role, you will need a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a physically demanding job that requires working in inclement weather, standing, walking and repairing facilities in an 8 hour day. You will need to demonstrate previous experience interfacing with employees and/or customers. Ability to act with sense of urgency and utilizing communication methods that include verbal and written skills.
