Job Description:

Boasso Global a premier intermodal service company providing transportation and tank container services, is seeking a Parts Runner to support operations at our Channelview, TX terminal.

The primary responsibilities of a Parts Runner include (but are not limited to):

• Utilizes company vehicle to transport visitors and staff, pick up supplies & parts from various local vendors and runs various errands as assigned by management


• Assist in distribution of supplies throughout the terminal


• Operates a fork lift to assist with material handling


• Assist with the parts room maintenance and inventory


• Empties trash from trash bins and will assist in trash pickup throughout the facility


• Performs other duties as needed to contribute to a successful team effort

 

Preferred Requirements:

•  High school diploma or GED


•  Prior experience working in an industrial setting


• A Valid Forklift Drivers Certificate 


• Experience working with vendors
