Position Summary: The Quality OQ Manager is a supervisory position directly responsible for overseeing and managing all Quality and Operator Qualification training programs. The Quality OQ Manager will ensure a qualified workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, site and corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. The Quality OQ Manager will maintain all OQ training records and assist areas with quality assurance in the field. This qualified individual will possess the skills to schedule and oversee multiple trainers in multiple geographic areas and should possess the ambition to develop solid Quality and OQ program to support a fast-growing Company.

The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.
