What will your role be?

As a DELMIA Supply Chain Industry Process Consultant, you will be leading large and complex technical sales support activities with prospective clients. You will educate clients, identify client pains and opportunities for improvement, define and propose Supply Chain solutions and architectures prepare and deliver product demonstrations, explain the value of these solutions. Within our centralized expert team, you will also educate and support your peers to increase their autonomy and drive them to success.

Role description


  • Discover and analyze customer business problems and architect an aligned solution

  • Formulate recommendations and solutions (proposed business processes) with supporting value evidences (KPIs and business case)

  • Support presentation of value proposal to Executive / Head of department sponsors

  • Responsible for developing Best In Class demos and solution vision presentation

  • Support Request For Information / Request for Proposal processes

  • Support Dassault Systemes Business Partners (re-sellers or implementation partners) in their growth and Sales activities

  • Capitalize yours and peers experience and expertise to facilitate knowledge access and transfer

  • Create learning materials and deliver related trainings to your peers

  • Create re-usable best-in-class Sales support materials (demos, templates, presentations etc.) to enable peers education

Key Success Factors


  • 5+ years of experience in a related position.

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering or related discipline

  • Supply Chain management knowledge (engineering school, APICS certification etc.)

  • Basic technical knowledge (comfortable in manipulating/configuring software, basic database management knowledge, basic SQL language knowledge )

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP (production/MRP domain) and/or APS solutions including functional/technical aspects

  • Great communication skills, comfortable in delivering presentations

  • Good analytical skills and problem solving approach

  • Passion to learn and discover new domains

  • Ability to travel in Americas

  • Experience in software implementation and/or software technical sales

  • Experience in production / supply chain planning into a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in DELMIA Ortems software is a real plus
