Responsible for defining and documenting vision, functional requirements and design using solution management tools and processes.
Role Description
The CarePathways Functional Specialist is responsible for ensuring Netsmart's quality measure solutions provide an unrivaled client experience producing exceptional client satisfaction as well as helping to develop and guide new and existing solutions in the marketplace. This role will be involved at all stages in the solution life cycle: including development design, implementation deployment and client engagement. Ensuring the overall success of Netsmart's analytics solution is the primary responsibility of this role both within and external to the organization.
Responsibilities
Work with the client organization as a subject matter expert on Netsmart analytics solutions to provide solution knowledge for new or existing clients.
Communicate directly with existing clients to ensure the tools to be successful are readily available
Ownership of the support process to ensure speedy resolution to open issues
Collaborate with engineering and product management on roadmap execution by providing user stories that help drive the solutions forward.
Work with our clients to jointly develop appropriate policies and procedures, ensuring successful adoption of Netsmart quality measures solutions.
Working directly with marketing to capture client success stories and case studies of ROI metrics demonstrating the value of the analytic solutions
Work directly with the support organization to ensure speedy resolution of client issues and ensure healthy outcomes.
Understand the business requirements to support customer services for analytics solutions.
Promote process improvement opportunities for clients and within Netsmart for solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree required
Experience in healthcare technology space preferred
Experience with quality measurement programs (MIPS, CCBHC, Continuing Interoperability and HEDIS) is preferred
Experience with Hadoop and AWS based infrastructure is preferred
Experience with CPT, ICD10, LOINC, SNOWMED codes is preferred
Ability to explain solution capabilities within the context of business processes for a community segment
Demonstrated process improvement skills to be available to client within their specified analytics solution
Experience in solution benefits identification, development and reporting.
Ability to travel up to 25%
