Otter Products is looking for a Vice President of Sales, North America!
The VP of Sales, North America is responsible for leading their sales team to meet and exceed sales goals by delivering not only revenue and profit objectives, but also successful entrance into new product categories. Primary duties include hiring, developing, structuring around opportunities, and managing members of the team to achieve success metrics. This role will use a CRM tool to create and track metrics to manage and guide the team. Success metrics include meeting and exceeding revenue and profit targets, selling new products into existing customers, and establishing new customers. This is a people leader role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. This individual will manage a team of direct and indirect reports and will model servant leadership in day-to-day interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales cycle and strategic planning, including forecasting and consumer or customer analytics. This individual must have knowledge of full business operations and strategy execution. Knowledge of the retail and carrier space in the U.S. and Canada is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are a must in this role as this individual will be responsible for Executive level communication and presentations along with communicating internally across Otter and externally with customers. USD $182,307.00/Yr.
For US Based Roles Only - Compensation Range Maximum
USD $260,000.00/Yr.
