Responsible for assisting with the timely preparation of the consolidated financial statements and forecasts using the HFM system for US GAAP reporting and review by management. Work closely with key individuals within the global Finance organization including Treasury and Tax.

Job Responsibilities:

•Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of global Company-wide financial results.

•Ensure financial reporting processes and systems are in compliance with company policy, US GAAP and SEC requirements.

•Ownership over SOX controls, documentation and related compliance for consolidations.

•Work directly with internal and external auditors to provide analysis and any required audit documentation necessary for the successful completion of any audit

•Support international and domestic locations on accounting, consolidation, and reporting issues

•Review of intercompany account balances and the preparation of consolidation adjustments.

•Manage accounting entries for minority and majority owned joint ventures, foreign currency hedges, and legal entity restructuring activities.

•Coordination of governmental department census information.

•Improve automation and efficiency in the consolidation process.

•Enhance internal customer service through the implementation of reporting and processing improvements.

•Conduct and report results of all special projects assigned by the Director of External Reporting & Consolidations and/or self-initiative on a timely basis along with proper conclusions and recommendations.

•Provide support and training to HFM end users.

•Supervise team members and review departmental output.

•Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting.

•Bachelor's Level Degree in Finance/ Accounting, required

•CPA preferred but not mandatory

•5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance

•Public accounting experience preferred

•Strong accounting, reporting, & analytical skills

•HFM, Oracle, OneStream knowledge is highly preferred

•Cognitive ability to prepare analysis, reports and presentations using various software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Works effectively within a team environment
