JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales & Marketing Coordinato supports the Sales of Bartelt machines; coordinates quoting process and orders of new machines and supports management of Marketing and Sales activities. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator interacts and partners with customers, field sales personnel, as well as internal staff.

• Coordinates quotation process to give Bartelt offerings to customers; receives data from Bartelt Inside Sales and field personnel to process quotes and orders.


• Interacts with customers to understand and technically clarify machine order or conversion requests.


• Logs requests for quotes and creates files for each project in the sales database; works to report on and improve Key Performance Indicators for quotation efficiency.


• Processes and delivers quotes to customers efficiently and accurately using the Bartelt mandated systems and processes; assembles information from different sources and prepares final document to submit to customer. 


• Processes machine orders using the Bartelt systems and processes; creates and delivers order confirmations to customer.


• Assists Product Managers with various tasks including Sales Presentations and Competitive Research.


• Analyzes sales and marketing data and create reports to help manage sales activities for strategic product markets; enters customer and project data into Customer Relationship Management software and other databases; Responds to web sales inquiries and routes phone calls to correct person.


• Supports Marketing with coordinating trade shows, customizing targeted presentations for specific customer opportunities; updates electronic brochures, assists with multiple media for creating and promoting a brand marketing presence.


• Provides additional administrative support as required, may include back up for reception desk.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:                                    

Associate's degree (A.A.) in Marketing or Business Administration; more than five years’ experience with inside sales  of complex capital equipment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
