The POS Sales Manager will actively guide and participate in the development of POS systems sales throughput. Working with the establish NAB departments to create an end to end solution for educating, processing and supporting POS sales. In conjunction with creating and guiding a well-trained and results driven POS sales and support staff to meet agreed upon and established sales goals. By establishing these systems and processes it will be the responsibility of the POS Sale Manager to execute the process and refine the process as needed in order to exceed expectations for the Sales Partner and the POS provider in a way that more merchant accounts will be acquired with the proper solution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
POS Supplier Relations: Assist in New POS System Supplier Partnership and in POS Reseller Program Development. Partners with POS Suppliers to Understand and Use all Department Sold and Supported POS Systems
Manages and supports POS Sales team. Department Staff Performance Tracking
Assist in & Guide Agent POS Training, Marketing and Process creation. Provides Agent POS Training Tracking. Track POS Lead Submissions
Guides and tracks POS Demo Process Creation. Assist in POS Contract and Quote Creation
Guide and monitors POS Quote & Contract Submission Process
Assist in POS VAR Request System Creation. Tracks VAR Submission
Assist in POS Billing Submission Process Creation. Tracking POS Billing Submission
Guide and track POS Deployment Tracking Process Creation
Establish POS Staff Requirements and Department Goals. Establish Individual POS Department Staff Goals. Guide POS Department and Staff in Meeting and/or Exceeding All Established Sales Goals
Assist in Establishing a POS System Cancellation and Return Policy
Assist in POS Hardware Return Process Creation
Tracking POS Hardware Return
Assist in Creating POS Sales Commissions and Bonus Structure
Implements POS Department Budgeting and Budget Implementation
Develops POS Department Sales Forecasting
Understands features/capabilities of products & services of NAB and Affiliates and provides Value-Based Sales Skills to Secure Additional Revenue
Manage the POS Sales Experience and change the process as needed to meet the expectations and experience of working with ISV Partners and Sales Partners
Education and Experience (required):
Former POS sales experience
Leadership experience with direct reports
Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota. –Track record of growing revenue.
Education and Experience (preferred):
Solid understanding of merchant services industry.
Former POS support experience
Ability to report to Indianapolis office when needed, open to fully remote as well
