How you’ll make your mark:

Responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to assist Aruba partners to drive new business and grow existing business. Working closely with corporate and regional field marketing teams, determine the campaign strategy, tactical plans, requirements and success factors to ensure adoption and execution of partner led demand generation marketing campaigns worldwide. Develop partner messaging and training for most effective campaign execution. Manage campaign delivery platforms for successful campaign deployment. Determine GTM campaign goals/benchmarks and track/analyze results using closed-loop analysis. Drive continuous improvements to GTM efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver fully integrated awareness/consideration/preference (ACP) and/or demand generation campaigns for successful partner execution.

  • Design innovative partner marketing campaign strategies, success metrics and manage delivery/execution calendar.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaign development with corporate and regional objectives/priorities.

  • Develop and secure approval for campaign plans and budgets.

  • Manage campaign delivery platform i.e. 3rd party vendors, syndication, social and Aruba partner portal.

  • Develop/Own campaign execution tracking with associated metrics/goals/ benchmarks; track/report progress against them.

  • Develop closed-loop post analysis for marketing campaigns and identify/execute indicated actions.

  • Define and share partner led campaign execution best practices.

  • Perform marketing support activities as needed, e.g., budget tracking, PO/accrual management, asset fulfillment.

Education and Experience Required:


  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years channel marketing experience.

  • Agency, sales and/or channel experience.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Acknowledged mastery of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.

  • Deep understanding on partner led marketing campaign best practices.

  • Knowledgeable on all aspects of channel marketing.

  • General understanding of channel campaign delivery platforms.

  • Ability to manage creative agencies.

  • In-depth understanding of the industry, offering categories and company offerings/ strategy

  • Exceptional collaboration skills.

  • Strong project and budget management skills.

  • Excellent written/oral communications.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and influence virtual teams.
