Provide Business Unit support for product rollout, inventory management, and logistical support relating to production, distribution planning, scheduling, and execution. Liaise with distribution teams (Partner with cross functional teams) to ensure orders are fulfilled and inventory levels are managed to meet customer demand. Responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing operation of ERP Systems and be available to address all issue resolution and escalation relating to ERP systems.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities


  • Works cross functionally with 3PL, customer experience, and buyer/planner teams for the management and flow of goods through the end of the supply chain.

  • Provide inventory management support such as inventory accuracy and cycle count program.

  • Responsible for monitoring on a daily basis the Open Order Report and ensuring that all orders are invoiced in a timely manner. 

  • Responsible on a daily basis for reviewing the back order report and coordinating release of any orders.

  • Assists with configuration, maintenance, testing, and enhancements of ERP Systems, all associated add-ons and infrastructure, including RF units.

  • Gather, analyze, and influence user and ERP system requirements. Such as, but not limited to; layout / location usage, inventory slotting, and order consolidation group management.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members as well as interact and collaborate with users and vendors to enhance ERP systems or resolve issues.

  • Provide ERP training as required.

  • Provide analysis via data collection skills to support tough inventory decisions.

  • Must display strong ownership and sense of urgency in completion of the tasks at hand.

  • Organizational and time management skills are essential as well as a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt to customer, organizational, business and external influences with integrity, immediate consideration and action to meet business objectives.

  • Develop proficiency within a 90-day time frame, in using ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, AS400, SMS and other distribution software applications.

  • Good listening skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education/Experience Requirements


  • High school or equivalent required.

  • Associates degree is preferred, but will consider extensive experience.

  • 5 years ERP systems (SAP, JDE, AS400, SMS) experience preferred

Travel Requirements


  • Minimal travel 0-10%
