SIGCO is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer service team.  The ideal candidate for this position will display a commitment and a desire to provide superior customer service to external as well as internal customers. This position reports to the Shower Door Supervisor. The candidate will also display the following abilities:

• Good problem solving skills


• Exceptional attention to detail


• Strong math skills


• Strong order entry skills


• Able to interpret layouts/design elements from a sketch


• Able to multi-task


• Able to learn CAD based programs. Preference given to candidates with previous experience


• Able to interpret oral as well as written instructions and information


• Able to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events


• Able to remain open to others’ ideas


• Possess good communication skills and an ability to work well with other people


• Able to apply concepts of basic geometry


• Able to work overtime as needed
