Job Description:

Technology Professional Services Consultant  is responsible for consulting with clients, advising them how to integrate with Equifax products and supporting the integration from kick-off to production implementation.  He/She will partner with:  the Tech Consultant, the Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Sales Support, Product Owners, IT, and product integration lead(s) to manage the integration.  The consultant is a consistent point of contact for the client during integration and ensures a polished, organized and successful integration. 

In addition to providing integration support, other activities the Technology Professional Services Consultant resource will do are: train/coach clients on how to use the Equifax Developer Portal, provide the client with any supporting materials/documentation, configure and complete solution fulfillment requests,  provide initial triage on client UAT issues, monitor production incidents opened by high priority clients, and facilitate recurring meetings with high touch clients. Ensuring client satisfaction will be core to all activities.

What You’ll Do 


  • Project management:  Creating Project plans, tracking key task, milestones and dates


  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to system development & client deployment activities.


  • Communication: internal and external


  • Business Requirements & Rules Documentation


  • Consult with internal teams and customers on functional aspects of requirements, design, project delivery and support


  • Responsible for prioritizing and organizing work for on time delivery of multiple concurrent small to medium projects


  • Functional quality assurance testing (limited to specific products)


  • Ongoing Customer account management and support


  • Developing an understanding of Equifax data, technologies, products and platforms


  • Take ownership of personal development and demonstrate self-awareness of strengths and development needs.


Qualifications 


  • B.S. or B.A. in related field, or equivalent training and experience required


  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management required


  • 3-5 years of experience consulting/implementing software configurations and customizations


  • Proven customer facing skills through project status tracking and reporting to executive level stakeholders


  • Experience writing Business and System Requirements Specifications and Experience with software delivery methodologies and object-oriented design


  • Technical aptitude for computer applications having a functional knowledge of hardware and software components


  • Desire to learn new technologies, business domains, and grow cross-functionally


  • Business Process Engineering


  • Formal AGILE and PMP training and experience encouraged


  • Business Logic Design and Implementation in a Business Rules Management System


  • Ability to travel as needed


  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.


Extra Points for any of the Following


  • Basic SQL Database familiarity to write and execute queries for research purposes is a plus


  • MIS background / experience with reviewing an API request/response is a plus


  • Reading & interpreting how business rules are written in JAVA is a plus
