Front Desk Agent:

A Front Desk Agent is responsible for making our guests feel at home by providing them with warm, friendly, and professional service. Specific duties include informing guests of details about the hotel and local area, making reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel, managing requests, and resolving service challenges.

 

Experience:

Prior hotel / hospitality and customer service experience is extremely helpful, but is not required.

1. Front Desk Agent (variable 8-hour shifts)

2. Housekeeper (8am - until);

3. Floor Houseperson (8am - until);

4. Lobby Houseperson (7am - until);

 

Job Summaries:

1. Front Desk Agents greet guests, make reservations, check guests in and out of the hotel, provide information about the hotel and local area, as well as enforce hotel policies and standards.

2. Housekeepers service guest rooms (pull trash, pull linen and terry, dust, disinfect, make beds, vacuum floors).

3. A Floor Houseperson services guest rooms & supports housekeepers by pulling trash, dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, moping, and vacuuming.

4. A Lobby Houseperson services public areas & supports management by pulling trash, dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, moping, and vacuuming.
