Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) is hiring Technical Product Support Analyst II's in our Earth City location! In this role you will be responsible for supporting instances of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) products. A support analyst is available to the clients to solve issues with the ACA products (ACAMS, Worxtime) and is also responsible for monitoring ongoing data issues. A product support analyst has a deep understanding of the ACA products as well as a broad understanding of the ACA regulations.
This is an onsite role in our Earth City service center, and is not a work-from-home or virtual position.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound issues, or provide guidance on usage, via phone and email regarding ACA products
Resolve data errors in the ACA product
Answer questions regarding product reporting
Accurately document cases and specification changes
Assist onboarding teams with ACAMS system issues and questions
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2-3 years' experience in technical customer service or application support
Extra Points for any of the Following
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of SQL strongly preferred
Experience working with data-driven calculations
Experience with the Affordable Care Act
