Job Description

Our agile industrial team specializes in designing efficient facilities that optimize our clients bottom line.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate projects from schematic design through construction administration.


• Perform work involving master planning, client presentations, programming, schematic design, design development, user-group meetings, specification, final construction documents and construction administration.


• Review construction submittals and contracts.


• Conduct code research and product research for materials to be utilized on project.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree in CADD drawing, prefer Bachelors degree in Architecture or equivalent.


• Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.


• Knowledge of architectural principles, practices and techniques, building materials and construction methods, codes and regulations, standard office practices and procedures.


• Must be able to coordinate the efforts of the production team and work effectively with consultants and contractors.


• Must have strong working knowledge of REVIT software.


• Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.


• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.


• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented, as well as communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing.

Desirable Skills that are a "Plus":

• Digitally curious and comfortable diving in and working with coding and automation
  
  
  
  • Design automation skills, including the application of parametric design tools such as Dynamo and Grasshopper
  
  
  • Software Coding -especially with Python, and/or C#
  
  
  • Working with Revit's API
  
  
  • Power BI for data visualization
