As a Home Delivery Scheduling Associate, you will represent the RH brand by facilitating a luxury delivery experience of furniture and accessories to our customers' homes. This role will provide our customers with an elevated experience through timely phone and email communications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a deep understanding of our processes and products to resolve customer concerns and recommend solutions in real time
  • Ensure an unmatched, world-class customer experience during each step of the delivery scheduling process
  • Leverage strong communication skills to effectively communicate with every customer and collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Support phones lines in a high-volume contact environment
  • Provide real-time solutions to our clients
  • Think creatively to exceed all customer expectations
  • Maintain productivity requirements as set by Leadership

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or in-home delivery experience highly desired
  • Strong oral, written and listening skills and the ability to build rapport through open and honest communication
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and motivated to find solutions in ambiguous environments or new scenarios
  • Resilient in the face of adversity with the ability to excel under pressure
  • Proficient technical ability: familiarity with Apple devices and software, Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours
