JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for selling and providing expert level web based product demonstrations for Digital Impression, CAD/CAM, CBCT, and 3D printing technologies. Key performance elements include: partnering with FSCs and Specialists (ESS/DTS) team to improve "speed to customer" with overall customer contact and solution discovery activities while increasing sales growth, improving gross margin attainment. Also may include some customer support functions to ensure we are reacting to customers needs in a more timely and efficient manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Perform web based equipment selling functions to prospective CAD CAM, Digital Impression, CBCT, and 3D printing customers. Focused on providing customers with fast turnaround time to initial product demonstration and expert introduction to digital technology. Will support TSM's as the technology expert in the areas of Sleep Dentistry, Orthodontics, Restorative and Implant workflows with relation to CAD CAM, 3D Imaging and Digital Impression technologies.

  • Customer Contact Follow up to provide status updates to National Director of Technology on all sales funnel leads.

  • Provide trade show booth support as product expert to demonstrate full range of CAD CAM and Digital Impression system, and digital technology workflow capabilities.

  • Spend time to research competitive solutions and become experts on entire segment. This role needs to be the overall expert in digital workflow and clinical solutions.

  • Participate in and/or conduct rookie DTS training sessions as well as provide on-going product training to our DTS team.

KNOWLEDGE:

Advanced intermediate level professional; knowledge within own discipline and developing basic knowledge of organization, processes and customers. Good judgment, sound analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuity required to perform tasks. Frequently apply the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of routine and non-routine issues.

COMPLEXITY:

Work on problems of moderate scope and impact where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve a range of straightforward problems; may recommend solutions to business challenges. Demonstrate good judgment within defined procedures and practices for obtaining solutions. Build productive internal/external working relationships.

SUPERVISION:

Receive a moderate level of instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments. Assignments can be broad in nature.


Qualifications

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
