SUMMARY:

This individual will provide support to the Mira Loma Distribution Center in all areas of Human Resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment:


  • Provide general administrative and recruitment support for Mira Loma Distribution Center

  • Assist with recruitment to meet weekly staffing and onboarding goals

  • Coordinates the scheduling of interviews based on HR matrix evaluations

  • Responsible for posting all requisitions internally and externally

  • Responsible for tracking and providing recruiting updates on a weekly basis

Onboarding:


  • Responsible for delivering new hire onboarding orientation to introduce our company's values, behaviors and policies

  • Act as first point of contact for our employees to ensure smooth transition into the business

  • Partner with benefits team to provide enrollment benefit forms for all new hires and life event changes

  • Update and manage new hire files

  • Ensure on-time receipt of all new hire legal documents

Generalist:


  • Responsible for processing employee status changes and overall data integrity within SuccessFactors

  • Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and setting up of employee trainings

  • Support the HR team with projects as needed

  • Track payment and cost for employee incentive programs

  • Assist in coordinating monthly employee rewards/ recognition programs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience

  • 2-4 years' experience in Human Resources

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required

  • Strong MS Excel & Word Skills

  • Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace

  • Strong Attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills
