This role provides a hands-on opportunity to be a critical player on the Grocery Channel team. Key responsibilities include managing Publix/HEB General business tracking, Nielsen and IRI reporting, item maintenance, Forecasting and Compass/Deductions as well as support other Grocery accounts if needed. What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree
Preferred quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Finance
Proficiency in Excel, Nielsen and/or IRI highly preferred
What are your key responsibilities?
Manage deduction process and relationship with MGS which requires deep diving into deductions, working closely with cross functional partners to validate issues and clearly articulate action steps needed for repayment and/or impact to trade
Own all Compass responsibilities for Publix & HEB which entails annual planning, forecasting and reconciliation of events
Own financial reporting for all trade reviews working cross functionally with sales finance to present trade and deduction period updates with clear actions coming out of all meetings
Produce consumption reporting & maintain KPI dashboards to monitor account performance
Own business reporting and analysis which includes daily, weekly, period, and quarterly reporting
Manage distribution of business reporting, which will require coordination among other analysts, cross-functional partners, and account managers
Work with account manager to align on base, new item and display forecasting and continuously sends updates to cross functional teams as needed
