Job Description:


JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Accurately, correctly, and consistently enters new and updated data into the Counterparty and the Contract Systems

  • Force Majeure and Mass Notice Distribution (have extensive knowledge of mail merge)
  • Coordinating incoming/outgoing expedited mail service (FedEx, USPS Certified Return Receipt)
  • Responsible for file setup, update file status (active/inactive), yearly file room audit and preparing files for off-site storage
  • Report handling to ensure scheduled reports are uploaded per Targa protocols to the appropriate network file and SharePoint locations
  • Stewardship of SharePoint contract library site data and assist in library audits with management oversite
  • Scan and file contracts, amendments, and support for master data as needed
  • DocuSign routing for miscellaneous non-confidential requests originating outside of the Commercial Services team
  • Receives and processes simple requests to update counterparty emails, contact and remittance information on behalf of Targa's Accounting and/or Credit teams ensuring all requests are processed per Targa protocols & tracked to completion.
  • Ad hoc projects as defined by Targa management team.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be detailed oriented and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy when performing data entry.
  • Must work well in a team environment and able to work independently, manage time and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Must be computer literate and have an aptitude for learning new software.
  • Experience with MS Office package
  • Clearly communicates to articulate thoughts, ideas, and comprehension, both verbally and written, with the ability to adjust as appropriate to fit the audience with proper tone and professionalism.
  • Must be highly dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Must be easy going, open, flexible, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 25 pounds to assist with file room audit and boxing of files to go offsite.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
