Wholesale Payments is a division of the Corporate and Investment Bank, with the transformation organization responsible for reshaping the end-to-end Client experience. The team drives transformation initiatives to deliver improved client experiences, product innovation, operating efficiencies, and to maintain JPMC's status as an industry leader. Priorities are driven by the Operating Committee and senior business heads, providing the organization with a high-level of visibility. The team focuses on two key objectives: (1) driving foundational changes that provide immediate benefits to the firm and (2) designing strategic solutions to drive the future of Wholesale Payments.

The Product Catalog team, an integral part of Wholesale Payments Transformation is a forward thinking team comprised of top talent with a focus on designing and delivering innovative solutions to accelerate the firm's transformation. The team is responsible for identifying inefficiencies in our product fulfillment ecosystem, designing new business capabilities to address systemic pain points, and delivering technology that offers a seamless product implementation experience. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven candidate to engage SMEs and key stakeholders across the product management organization to transform how product data is managed and governed through the capabilities offered in Wholesale Payments Product Catalog.

Job Description:

This role requires experience in program management / governance, client engagement, process controls, and will have the following responsibilities:

• Engage Product teams across wholesale payments to translate business concepts and use-cases driven needs to program requirements / capabilities
• Partner with tech to design and build out data content management framework and related process controls
• Collaborate with Product teams and functional teams (e.g., middle office, technology, data, finance, controls) to advance program capabilities and design, aligned to broader strategy
• Support the team in project planning, collaboration, and issue management
• Develop, manage, and track projects, initiatives, and milestones; execute on project deliverables in order to meet objectives
• Develop program quality and performance standards; design and implement processes with focus on operational efficiency and improving data quality
• User engagement and training of the Product Catalog program across the product management organization and stakeholder community
• Establish and maintain communications agenda targeted to catalog users, consumers, and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Candidates must have the intellectual curiosity to make our firm better, display strong problem solving capabilities, be comfortable communicating complex topics to senior audiences, and have experience in a data-related discipline.

Required:

• 5 years of experience in product strategy and/or program management, covering the financial services, technology, or fintech sector
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills, with ability to establish trust and credibility across lines of business and functions, work well in cross-functional teams, and influence key stakeholders
• Self-starter able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment that is results-driven
• Ability to work well within deadlines with little oversight and supervision, while knowing when to escalate transparently
• Flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities; able to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience
• Proven strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills with ability to translate strategy into tactical plans
