This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
• Good communication skills and problem solving skills coupled with strong work ethic.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages - Java, Python, Scala
• Recent hands on experience with Java/Spark programming
• Technical expertise in ETL based applications such as AbInitio, Oracle, Terradata, high volume Real Time & Batch application processing
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem technology stacks as HDFS, HBase, Hive, Pig, Spark, MapReduce is essential
• Data warehouse application management experience with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation.
• Data Governance applications- Metadata, Reference Data & Data Quality Management.
• Experience with development, deployment and support of large scale distributed applications in a mission critical production environment
