About This Position:

The Affiliates Channel Strategy Role is responsible for increasing profitable new account growth within our Affiliates channel. This position sits within the Acquisitions Center of Excellence of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities:

This person, as the subject matter expert, will be responsible for the day to day strategy, planning, and reporting of the Chase Card Acquisition Affiliates Channel. This includes working with cross functional teams to drive testing discipline to expand/innovate the channel, as well as tracking and reviewing tactics performance to generate recommendations based on learnings, best practices and competitive landscape. This candidate will collaborate with business unit counterparts to establish new account goals for digital marketing and develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve them.

In addition, the successful candidate will perform profitability analysis on cards portfolio to define appropriate level of investment. Also, the candidate will develop, enhance and maintain existing models and processes, by leveraging historical data to track performance of key initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years relevant work experience in strong analytical and strategical positions
  • Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills
  • Superior organizational and process skills,
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
