Design, implement and manage complex global cross-business-unit programs with business-critical outcomes and impact.  Lead and manage business system and process development for multiple, concurrent, complex programs and initiatives.

Role Description & Responsibilities


  • Program Management: demonstrate effective program management through program design, execution and service excellence.

  • Take ownership and define, deliver and manage programs on a global basis, in any area of the Research & Advisory business.

  • Partner & collaborate with senior Strategy and Operations colleagues, IT & other business units to capture operational & business requirements, establish and execute on strategies and tactical plans for the definition, development and implementation of cohesive programs.

  • Provide thought leadership on appropriateness of tools and process to deliver program goals.

  • Design excellent programs and/or optimize existing processes, using principles of efficiency, simplicity, leverage, data utilization, and change management.

  • Identify process optimization opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Execution - end to end cost management, effective use of resources and feedback in all processes. Effective and timely issue resolution and root cause analysis.

  • Service excellence - manage and execute process with a targeted strategy that will achieve measurable improvements in process effectiveness, process efficiency and client (internal and external) service satisfaction.

  • Create communication and training plans to manage the people side of change to achieve the required business outcome.

  • Design and deliver program communications and presentations to all management levels within and beyond R&A Operations.

  • Provide consistent updates to, and collect feedback from key stakeholders on all ongoing initiatives.

  • Business Acumen - Maintain an excellent understanding of all supported business units, internal/external business management & informational needs.

  • Maintain a full and up to date understanding of R&A Operations people, process and technology.

  • Work with Research Business Analytics (RBA) to ensure appropriate reporting and tracking is available to determine success and impact.


Education
  • BA or BS required

Professional Experience
  • 4+ years of business experience with progressive responsibility

Professional Skills & Competencies

  • 4+ years of business experience with progressive responsibility

  • Intermediate to advanced skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Experience producing training

  • Ability and desire to manage multiple projects and deliverables and make sound decisions while meeting tight deadlines

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Exemplary client service skills

  • Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to escalations

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality

  • Proven ability to create, follow and improve processes

  • Quick pace, self-starter, able to get up to speed quickly
