Field Service Professional

As a Field Service Professional, you will work independently and with autonomy to highly please our customers. Responsibilities and duties include:

•Installation of and troubleshoot complex water purification systems and providing solutions input and suggestions regarding systems and processes in an industrial environment.
•Conduct complex site surveys to develop base or installation design plans, including planning, executing and conducting field trials.
•Provide direction for maintenance of complex tools, test equipment, calibration items, etc.
•Assist in training other members of the service department and provide assistance in training customers to maintain and adjust more complex equipment.
•Install, troubleshoot and repair of existing field service equipment
•This position may requires overnight travel up to 90% of the time and up to 2 consecutive weeks out of town, weekends and after hours work may also be required.

Qualifications of candidate will include:

•High School Diploma or equivalent is required

•B.S. Degree in an electricity/controls field, Mechanical Engineer or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred

•A minimum of 5 years of relevant, demonstrated experience is required, preferably in the Industrial water treatment industry
•High degree of electrical knowledge, electrical installation and proven experience
•Current Journeyman's license with TDLR is preferred
•Must have a demonstrated ability to lead and follow others in relevant technical area.
•Must have strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, including motor control, I/O systems, pumps, valves and PVC piping
•Knowledge of instrumentation with analog and discrete signals is preferred
•Knowledge of PLC/HMI system control is preferred
•Excellent customer communication skills
•Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
•Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Eligibility Requirements:
•Vbility to obtain A TWIC card. This will be required for site entry to most industrial sites
•Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record
•Must have a very strong safety culture and be able to follow all safety rules and wear all required PPE
