Host Team

Host team members are the very first people residents, patients, visitors, and guests encounter, and set the stage for the Thomas Cuisine dining experience, providing a comfortable environment, and keeping every interaction warm and engaging. Whether serving, coordinating patient meal service, or cashiering, host team members are critical to delivering wholesome but imaginative food with genuine service. If you’ve got a good attitude, a great work ethic, a passion for service, and a desire to grow, this is the perfect role for you.

JUMP needs a team of banquet servers for the upcoming event season.  Banquet servers are responsible for table service duties, as well as prep work and closing tasks.  We love experience but are willing to train the right people!  Morning, evening, and weekend hours are available.  Students are welcome to apply and we are willing to work around school schedules. 
 

$13+/hr DOE

Shifts vary

Responsibilities: 

• Serve food and beverages to guests at events.


• Explain to guests about menu items. 


• Clean and prepare the dining areas and rooms. 


• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the event. 


• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion. 


• Clean up, assisting in inventory, storage, and other tasks. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be 18 years or older to apply 


• Previous waitstaff experience a plus 


• Ability to work in a team 


• Must be able to lift and carry trays, equipment, and chafers 


• Ability to build rapport with guests 


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
